1. General Terms

These terms apply to all players using the mr98 platform (www.mr98.run). Opening an account, playing, or accessing our services in any form represents your agreement that you have read and will follow these terms.

mr98 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with prior notice. Changes take effect once published on this page. Players are responsible for checking this page before playing at all times.

1.1 Scope of Services

mr98 is a platform offering digital gaming services including football betting, Live Casino, Slots, Crash Games and card games. These services are provided to players in Myanmar, and access depends on applicable regulations and your location.

1.2 Language

The Burmese version of these terms and conditions is the official version. In case of any discrepancy with a translated version, the Burmese version shall prevail.

2. Account Eligibility and Age Requirements

Anyone wishing to use the mr98 platform must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Access by anyone under 21 is prohibited, and if detected, the account will be closed.
• You must be a legal individual acting on your own free will.
• You must use our services without violating any laws currently in force in Myanmar.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the personal information you submit.
• Anyone who has self-registered as having a gambling problem is not permitted to play.

If mr98 finds that false information was provided or fraudulent activity occurred at the time of account registration, the account will be closed without prior notice and any remaining balance will only be processed after investigation.

3. Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player may only open one account on mr98. If it is found that multiple accounts were opened to claim bonuses, all related accounts will be closed and any bonuses received will be voided.

3.2 Account Access Security

Players must keep their username and password confidential and must not allow any third party to access their account under any circumstances. mr98 is not responsible for any account breach caused by anyone.

3.3 Updating Account Information

Players must keep their contact details (email, phone number) accurate at all times. For information that cannot be changed after registration, you must contact customer service and obtain approval.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

mr98 supports KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay for deposits and withdrawals. All payments must also comply with the limits set by Myanmar banks and mobile banking service providers.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: 3,000 Ks (for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: 30,000 Ks

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After verification, requests are normally processed within 1 hour. Cases requiring additional review may take longer.

4.4 Financial Verification

mr98 may verify the legitimacy of financial transactions, and players may be asked to submit supporting documents. Failure to cooperate with these checks will result in the withdrawal request being put on hold.

4.5 Deposits Must Be From Your Own Account

Players must only deposit from their own bank or mobile banking account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For your first deposit on mr98, you will receive a welcome bonus of 150% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

Example:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Total balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Total balance 720,000 Ks → Wagering 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn during the wagering period.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once;
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — only wagering can convert a bonus into withdrawable funds;
• mr98 may update its bonus policy with prior notice;
• Any promotion can only be settled if its terms and conditions are met;
• If bonus abuse is detected and found to violate the payment system rules, that bonus will be voided.

6. Game Rules

When playing games at mr98, players must follow the rules that include game mechanics. mr98 is not responsible for any losses caused by software faults.

6.1 Disconnection Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical failure (network drop, server problem), the outcome — win or loss — will be determined based on the records in mr98's logging system.

6.2 Unauthorized Play

Playing with bots, computer-assisted software, third-party software, or automation tools is prohibited. If detected, all related bets and winnings will be voided and the account will be closed.

7. Prohibited Actions

Players must not do any of the following—

• Opening or using an account with another person's details;
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes;
• Intentionally exploiting software faults during play;
• Attempting to breach mr98's technical systems;
• Accessing other players' personal information without authorization;
• Placing bets based on match fixing;
• Attempting cyber attacks (DDoS, hacking) against the platform;
• Any action that may violate applicable betting laws and restrictions.

8. Personal Data and Security

mr98 protects players' personal data. It is transmitted using SSL encryption (TLS 1.2 and above) and stored encrypted on the server. Player personal data will only be used in accordance with mr98's privacy policy.

9. Account Suspension / Closure

When a player violates these terms, mr98 may, without prior notice—

• Temporarily suspend the account;
• Permanently close the account;
• Report the matter to the relevant legal authorities.

Players should be aware that in such cases, only the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned after review.

9.1 Player-Requested Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, you can notify us at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will only be paid out after the wagering requirements have been verified.

10. Limitation of Liability

mr98 cannot be held liable for players' losses — including gaming losses, direct losses, or indirect losses — as these arise unpredictably. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

mr98's service is provided "as-is" and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform access — players should understand that maintenance windows may occur.

11. Terms Amendments

mr98 may amend these terms at any time, and the updated version will be published on this page. Players should check the "Last Updated" date to keep track of changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you agree to the updated terms.
